Mark Weatherall
Mark Weatherall is a consultant geriatrician for Capital and Coast Health and an associate professor in the department of medicine at the Wellington School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He has a special interest in rehabilitation of older adults after injury, especially hip fracture, and has been involved with the NZ Continence Association for many years.

Sonja Karon
Sonja Karon is a continence advisor based in Auckland District Health Board - Home Health. Nurse Specialist with a post graduate diploma in health science and post graduate certificate in continence management from Otago university. I also have a post graduate diploma in Health Science from Auckland University. I have come from a background in gerontology. Special interest in bladder retraining in the older person or people with disabilities.

Jane Bond
Jane Bond is has 28 years experience in physiotherapy. She has a diploma in physiotherapy and a post graduate certificate in continence management. She works in private practice in New Plymouth and also holds a weekly continence clinic at Taranaki Base Hospital.
Executive Officer:
Jan Zander.
First employed by the NZCA in June 1994 to organise a Public Awareness Campaign 'Dry Pants Day'. Since then her role has expanded to encompass other organisational tasks and funding. She previously managed a large Accident and Emergency Clinic for 10 years employing 50 GPs and other support staff.
